Wear something that is comfortable such as yoga pants, leggings, joggers, t-shirts, or shorts to allow for easy movement while being treated.

Contemporary Medical Acupuncture targets nerves and muscles in order to regulate the nervous system, improve function, reduce inflammation, and reduce pain through the stimulation of dysfunctional regions with fine needles, often with electrical currents.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands on technique focused on the continuous movement of the cranial bones and the sacrum. It can address stress and tension related problems such as acute pain, chronic pain, migraines & headaches, connective tissue disorders, and much more.

This is a gentle and hands-on technique used to soften restrictions in and around a scar, improving mobility and circulation, while at the same time supporting the body’s natural healing process. Scar tissue can limit movement, create tension, and contribute to pain or discomfort, even years after surgery or injury. It can benefit patients who are dealing with ongoing pain and tension following surgeries like mastectomies, spinal procedures, C-sections, joint replacements (think shoulders, hips, knees), or abdominal surgeries. It can dramatically reduce chronic pain for both old and new scars.
